Although all of our products are sourced from high quality materials, we understand that on the rare occasion certain things may happen. Therefore, we are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products and accessories!
(Men's Rings)
We offer one of the best warranties on men's rings/wedding bands! Lose your ring? No problem! Ring no longer fits 50 years down the road? We've got you covered! We offer 2 replacements for life. Your ring is also backed by our standard limited lifetime warranty in regards to manufacturing defects (more information and terms & conditions below). When you initially order your ring, you also get 1 free exchange if it doesn't fit, so don't worry about using up one of your free replacements. Once you've found your appropriate size, the 2x replacement warranty kicks in. This industry-leading warranty also protects your free silicone band that is included with every men's ring purchase. If your ring no longer fits after the 30 day exchange policy ends, just send it back to us and we'll send the replacement size. You pay the shipping back to us, and we'll cover the shipping back to you.
(Minimalist Wallets)
Our minimalist wallets are built incredibly durable and meant to last a lifetime! Did you manage to somehow destroy your minimalist wallet? Is it starting to fall apart 20+ years later? Just send it back and we'll send you a replacement! You pay the shipping back to us, and we'll cover the shipping back to you.
We include extra screws and a mini screwdriver with every purchase. However, if you lose your screws or need more for any reason, we'll send you another pack, on us!
Your wallet is also backed by our standard limited lifetime warranty in regards to manufacturing defects (more information and terms & conditions below). This warranty does not cover lost wallets. This warranty only covers 1 replacement for damaged wallets and 1 additional pack of screws, in addition to our standard limited lifetime warranty regarding manufacturer defects.
(Limited Lifetime Warranty - All Products)
All products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product has a manufacturing defect (chipping, cracking, breaking, etc.), we will replace your item once at no cost to you. We will email you a return shipping label to send the item back to us. Proof of purchase and a clear photo/photos of the defective item must be emailed to us along with your order number. If a replacement is no longer available, we may offer another similar style item at the same value, or, a refund minus the original shipping charges.
One (1) single replacement is your exclusive remedy for any item purchased with a manufacturing defect. No returns or exchanges are granted after the 30 day return/exchange period.
The warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear, scratches, damage caused by abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, negligence, exposure to harsh chemicals, or water damage (excluding minimalist wallets).
The warranty does not cover items that no longer fit due to weight loss/gain or lost/stolen items (excluding men's rings).
The warranty does not cover items that are no longer wanted or use contrary to care instructions.
If we suspect that you are abusing the rights granted to you under the limited warranty or otherwise making a false claim of defect, we reserve the right to void your limited warranty.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
In no case shall URBN X MDRN or its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim for personal injury or death. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
