SHIPPING POLICY
(Domestic - United States)
We offer free standard shipping everywhere in the U.S. on all orders over $100. Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after placing your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. All shipping methods include insurance to protect your order!
Standard shipping will be sent via USPS First Class. You should receive your package within 3-5 business days after it has shipped. Selecting Priority Mail will reduce shipping times to 1-3 business days. If you need your package within 1-2 business days, select Priority Mail Express at checkout. Shipping rates will be calculated in your cart.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & exchanges are accepted on all products within 30 days of delivery. Any returned/exchanged item(s) must be in new/unworn condition, free of damage, clean, and in the original packaging. Please fill out the Contact form or send us an email to begin the return or exchange process. Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable if you are returning an item.
We will contact you if your returned/exchanged item(s) shows signs of damage, misuse, or wear & tear. We reserve the right to charge a damage/cleaning fee for any items that show signs of uncleanliness, damage, abuse, or wear & tear. This fee may be equivalent to up to 20% of the items value, with a minimum charge of $10, depending on the severity of the damage, misuse, etc. Your first exchange is free. Additional exchanges will incur an additional fee of $10 to cover shipping and handling.

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging any items. We will cover the shipping charges for sending the new items back to you (domestic exchanges).
(Additional Men's Ring Exchange Information)
If you are exchanging a ring for a different size, your first size exchange is FREE of charge. Additional size exchanges will incur a $20 fee for shipping and handling each additional time it is exchanged. For this reason, we highly recommend having your finger professionally sized before ordering your first ring, and especially before ordering your new size.
